• I have 1 year of work experience designing HVAC, Electrical, and plumbing systems for residential and commercial applications. 
•  I have over 10 years of work experience with the public.
•  I am a member of The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
•  I follow all New York State standards of practice.
• I fulfill 24 hours of continuing education every year.
• I own and use state of the art equipment.
•  I am available on Weekends.
• I generate easy to read inspection reports within 48 hours of inspection.
•  I am certified by New York’s home inspection course of Long Island. I have passed over 20 different exams specific to New York state inspection requirements.
